From your cell, veer left to spot a small room resembling an elevator. Interact with this room to be transported to 2-E165, the same area where you previously encountered Enzo.

Upon arrival at 2-E165, trace the wall to your right until you find another small room equipped with a device that will take you to 2-G100. The final leg of your journey involves using the device in the far room of 2-G100 to access the Cell Garden.

This sequence of navigation is uniform across all levels, making the Cell Garden accessible once you've mastered the route. To streamline your travels, consider unlocking the Quick-Travel Entitlement, which significantly reduces the time spent navigating to the Cell Garden. After completing the related main quest, you're free to visit any Cell Garden at your leisure, but don't forget to acquire a crucial Entitlement first.
