Tepes Ovidiu, the independent solo developer from Romania, has launched his latest puzzle game. Known for previous titles like Cessabit: A Stress Relief Memory Game and Not Chess, his new release Is This Yours? puts players in control of a hectic lost & found department.
Is This Yours?
As with most of his projects, Ovidiu handled all aspects single-handedly - from programming and animations to the distinctive artwork. His ability to transform mundane scenarios into engaging experiences shines in this chaotic workplace simulator.
Players manage an overrun lost property counter where frantic customers desperately search for misplaced items. The absurd inventory ranges from half-eaten burritos and single earbuds to emotional support teddy bears with existential crises.
Each customer request becomes a unique puzzle, requiring quick thinking to interpret often bizarre descriptions. Some seek simple replacements for broken sunglasses, while others demand truly peculiar possessions.
Avalanche of Forgotten Items and Impatient Patrons
The game's fast-paced mode provides only three hearts (lives) as players race against time and rising tempers. Quick, accurate matches boost reputation scores, but the frantic pace intensifies as more distressed customers arrive.
For those preferring relaxation, Zen mode removes time pressure and angry reactions, allowing players to enjoy the matching gameplay at their own pace.
Features include haptic feedback, Game Center achievements, and leaderboards. Sold as a premium title for $1.99 via Google Play, the game contains no advertisements, tracking, or data collection - maintaining Ovidiu's commitment to ethical monetization.
