Mastering Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium: A Comprehensive Progression Guide

  • Strategic Summoning Practices
  • Limit Breaking and Character Leveling
  • Maximizing Event Mission Rewards

Rerolling for a Strong Foundation

For free-to-play players, rerolling is highly recommended. Aim to acquire Suomi (rate-up character) and either Qiongjiu or Tololo (from standard or beginner banners). This powerful starting lineup significantly boosts early-game progress.

Prioritizing Story Campaign Missions

Focus on clearing the main story campaign as quickly as possible. Ignore side battles initially; your primary goal is to reach Commander level 30 to unlock key features like PvP and Boss Fights. Prioritize campaign missions until Commander level becomes a bottleneck.

Strategic Summoning

Conserve Collapse Pieces exclusively for rate-up banners. If you missed Suomi, invest all resources in her banner. Otherwise, use standard summon tickets (not Collapse Pieces) on the standard banner to acquire additional SSR characters.

Limit Breaking and Leveling Up

Character levels are tied to your Commander level. After each Commander level increase, utilize the Fitting Room to train Dolls and upgrade their weapons. At level 20, farm Stock Bars via Supply Missions to break the level limit. Prioritize your main team (ideally Suomi, Qiongjiu/Tololo, Sharkry, and Ksenia, substituting Ksenia for Tololo if available).

Maximizing Event Mission Rewards

Complete all Normal event missions, then prioritize at least the first Hard mission daily (three attempts available). Hard missions provide the most event currency, allowing you to maximize rewards from the event shop (summon tickets, Collapse Pieces, SR characters, weapons, etc.).

Leveraging the Dispatch Room and Affinity System

Utilize the Dormitory to increase Doll affinity through gifting. Higher affinity unlocks Dispatch missions, providing idle resource acquisition, Wish Coins (for a separate gacha system), and a chance to obtain Perithya. The Dispatch shop offers valuable items, so regularly check for updates.

Conquering Boss Fights and Combat Exercises

Focus on Boss Fights (a scoring mode) and Combat Exercises (PvP). For Boss Fights, an optimal team comprises Qiongjiu, Suomi, Ksenia, and Sharkry. In Combat Exercises, set a weak defense to allow others to farm points while targeting easy opponents for your own gains. Note that losing in Combat Exercises does not penalize you.

Hard Mode Campaign Missions

After completing all Normal campaign missions, tackle Hard mode and side battles. While these don't provide Commander experience, they reward Collapse Pieces and summon tickets.

This guide provides a solid framework for progressing in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium. Remember to consult other resources for additional tips and strategies.
