The battle mechanics of ETE Chronicle:Re are dynamic. With four characters under your command, you must think and act quickly. The game's half-real-time system requires you to switch strategies on the fly as you navigate through enemy fire.
Despite the excitement, some players remain skeptical about the reboot, given their less-than-stellar experience with the previous version. They found the constant running and shooting loop monotonous, as enemies maintained a fixed distance, making flanking impossible.
