Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 1 introduces Sprites, ethereal beings offering players valuable items and abilities. The Earth Sprite, the most beneficial but elusive Sprite, is found only on the new Chapter 6 map within Battle Royale, Zero Build, and Ranked modes.
Earth Sprite Locations:
The Earth Sprite boasts nearly two dozen potential spawn points, each marked by a solitary lantern, similar to the one pictured north of Burd. However, only two Earth Sprites appear per match, requiring players to search multiple locations.
The image above illustrates the 22 possible Earth Sprite locations across the Fortnite Chapter 6 map. These locations include areas near:
- Flooded Frogs (North and Southwest)
- Magic Mosses (North and West)
- Demon’s Dojo (Southeast)
- Whiffy Warf (Southeast)
- Pumped Power (Southeast)
- Twinkle Terrace (Southeast)
- Lost Lake (South)
- Brutal Boxcars (South)
- Eastern biome border (East)
- Shining Span (Northwest and North)
- Seaport City (West)
- Burd (North)
- Warriors Watch & Foxy Floodgate (East and South)
- Canyon Crossing (West, West on Snowy Mountain, South of Snowy Mountain)
- Masked Meadows and Hopeful Heights (Between, and three locations North and Northeast)
Offering Weapons to the Earth Sprite:
Locating the Earth Sprite is the challenge. Once found, simply interact with it (using the interact button). This action will relinquish your currently equipped weapon, which is then replaced with a random Legendary weapon, completing the Week 1 Quest and awarding 25,000 XP.
While finding the Earth Sprite requires persistence, the reward of a Legendary weapon significantly enhances your Fortnite gameplay.
Fortnite is available on various platforms, including Meta Quest 2 and 3.
