Crunchyroll Gears Up for Mobile Release of Classic Arcade Racer Victory Heat Rally

Victory Heat Rally (VHR), initially announced in October 2021, is finally nearing its release! Developers have confirmed an October 3rd launch date for both PC and mobile platforms.

Developed by Skydevilpalm and published by Playtonic Friends (Steam) and Crunchyroll (mobile), VHR is a retro-inspired arcade racer boasting vibrant 2.5D graphics and neon-drenched visuals.

Gameplay Overview:

VHR offers 12 unique drivers, each with their own vehicle, and 12 diverse environments ranging from Baytona Beach to Frostbite Harbor. Players can race solo, compete in championships, or enjoy four-player split-screen multiplayer (confirmed for Steam, mobile confirmation pending). A time trial mode adds an extra layer of competitive challenge.

Customization options allow players to personalize their cars with various paint jobs and performance upgrades. The game also features a dynamic soundtrack with energetic beats and guitar solos.

Crunchyroll's mobile release will offer free gameplay to Crunchyroll members. While the Google Play pre-registration isn't yet live, the official game page provides the latest updates.
