How Bullseye Functions in Marvel Snap

Bullseye is a 3-cost, 3-power card with the ability: "Activate: Discard all 1-cost or less cards from your hand. Afflict that many different enemy cards with -2 Power."

This card is a direct counter to many discard decks, making Luke Cage a valuable inclusion in opposing strategies. The activation is most effective before turn 6. Cards like Swarm (reduced to 0 cost after discard) synergize well with Bullseye, as do X-23 and Hawkeye (Kate Bishop), although the latter two are less frequently discussed synergies. The crucial aspect of Bullseye's ability is the "different enemy cards" clause; he cannot repeatedly debuff the same card.

Top Bullseye Decks in Marvel Snap

Bullseye's optimal use seems confined to discard-oriented decks. A dedicated Bullseye deck with Swarm and Daken is less effective than integrating him into established discard strategies.

Discard Deck (Classic Style):

Scorn, X-23, Blade, Morbius, Hawkeye (Kate Bishop), Swarm, Colleen Wing, Bullseye, Dracula, Proxima Midnight, MODOK, Apocalypse. [Untapped List Link]

This deck utilizes standard discard mechanics, enhanced by Bullseye. Series 5 cards (Scorn, Hawkeye (Kate Bishop), Proxima Midnight) are key, with Hawkeye (Kate Bishop) potentially replaceable by Gambit. The strategy involves using Bullseye to debuff multiple enemy cards, setting up Dracula and Apocalypse for victory.

Hazmat Ajax Deck (Alternative):

Silver Sable, Nebula, Hydra Bob, Hazmat, Hawkeye (Kate Bishop), US Agent, Luke Cage, Bullseye, Rocket Raccoon & Groot, Anti-Venom, Man-Thing, Ajax. [Untapped List Link]

This high-cost deck incorporates Bullseye as a secondary Hazmat effect, synergizing with several cards to amplify Ajax's power. Series 5 cards (Silver Sable, Hydra Bob, Hawkeye (Kate Bishop), US Agent, Rocket Raccoon & Groot, Anti-Venom, Ajax) are integral. Hydra Bob is potentially replaceable with a different 1-cost card.

Is Bullseye Worth Spotlight Cache Keys or Collector’s Tokens?

For players who dislike discard or affliction decks, Bullseye might not be a worthwhile investment. His niche utility makes him less desirable than cards like Moonstone or Aries (which synergizes with Surtur).
