  • Besiege is launching on mobile devices this winter
  • The game will be available on iOS and Android with a free trial option
  • Players can expect the popular workshop feature, a redesigned interface, and achievement system

What happens when you combine tower defense, vehicle building, and physics-based destruction? You get Besiege, the popular siege vehicle construction simulator. This acclaimed destruction game is finally coming to mobile platforms with a scheduled November 18th launch.

Originally developed by Spiderling Studios and being adapted for mobile by Playdigious, Besiege challenges players to build intricate siege machines to demolish castles. While the concept sounds straightforward, the physics-based gameplay and extensive collection of over 70 building blocks and weapons create a deeply engaging experience.

The main challenge in Besiege isn't just defeating your enemies - it's about ensuring your own creations don't fall apart in the process. Across 55 challenging levels, you'll experience both triumphs and disasters while operating everything from medieval trebuchets to modern flamethrowers to overcome your opponents.

Given its blend of visceral combat and dark humor, it's no wonder Besiege has maintained a loyal player base for years. The mobile version has been highly anticipated, and players will be able to try the first chapter for free before deciding to purchase the full game.

Beyond the core gameplay, Besiege mobile maintains strong community features. Struggling with particularly difficult levels? Visit the workshop to download other players' creative contraptions that can help you overcome challenging scenarios. The mobile version also includes Game Center achievements, controller compatibility, and a completely redesigned interface specifically optimized for touchscreen devices.

Besiege is definitely a title to watch when it releases on mobile. If you're looking for engaging games to play right now, check out our regular coverage of the mobile gaming scene. We've curated a selection of the five best new mobile games you should try this week!
