The retailer has listed the PS5 Pro under its ‘premium renewed’ category, initially dropping the price to $699.99. Now, an added discount lowers the final price to $619.99, a substantial saving compared to the $749.99 for a brand-new unit.

Regarding the PS5 Pro's advantages, its key enhancements over the standard PS5 fall into three core areas: more advanced ray-tracing capabilities, a significantly larger GPU, and AI-powered upscaling.

This renewed offering is provided through Amazon's own Woot outlet. According to the company, each console has been "inspected, tested, cleaned, and refurbished as necessary by Amazon-qualified suppliers".

This deal helps alleviate the primary concern about price, but it's noteworthy that during July's Prime Day, the console saw an even steeper discount, hovering around $500 in a "Used - Like New" condition. Considering this, it might be worthwhile to wait for the upcoming deals to go live.
