The app simplifies sharing your data with care partners through automatic uploads to CareLink™ software, making it easier than ever to stay connected and informed.

• An easy-to-use secondary display for your insulin pump and CGM data
• Notifications from your insulin pump system directly to your smartphone
• Data presented in a familiar structure, mirroring your MiniMed™ insulin pump system interface
• Access to both past and current data from your insulin pump and CGM

IMPORTANT: The MiniMed™ Mobile app is exclusively compatible with the MiniMed™ 700-series insulin pump system, designed for wireless communication with compatible smart devices. To check the list of compatible devices, please visit your local Medtronic website. Note that this app will not function with other MiniMed™ or Paradigm™ insulin pumps. The MiniMed™ Mobile app serves as a secondary display for your MiniMed™ insulin pump system on your smartphone, allowing for passive monitoring and data syncing with the CareLink™ system. It is not a replacement for the primary display on your insulin pump, and all therapeutic decisions should be based on the data shown on the pump itself.

The app does not analyze, modify, or control the data from your CGM or insulin pump. It also does not receive information directly from the CGM sensor or transmitter.

For any technical or customer service issues, do not use the app store as your first point of contact. To ensure your privacy and quickly address any issues with Medtronic products, please contact the local Medtronic support line.
