If you have already downloaded the companion app to your current device or it has been added to your library, you can continue playing the game with the relevant companion app. However, note that the companion apps for the following PlayLink games are no longer distributed on the Google Play Store for devices running newer Android OS versions:

Apple iOS Users:

You can continue to play the game with the relevant companion app, regardless of your iOS version.

About the Game

Knowledge is Power: Decades is a high-energy quiz game that challenges you to test your trivia knowledge across pop culture from the '80s, '90s, '00s, and '10s. Use your smartphone as a controller to compete with up to five other players. Be the fastest to answer questions, use Power Plays to gain an edge, and participate in touch screen Challenges to scale the Pyramid of Knowledge.

How to Play

1. Setup: Ensure your PlayStation®4 system is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your compatible mobile device.
2. Connection: Follow the in-app instructions to connect your device to the game.

Features of the Companion App

• Character Selection: Pick your character and add a personal touch with a selfie using various fun filters.
• Private Answering: Answer quiz questions without other players seeing your choices.
• Power Plays: Choose from a selection of Power Plays to slow down your rivals.
• Touch Screen Challenges: Engage in six touch screen challenges that require tapping, swiping, dragging, and more.
• Quiz Blast: Play 'Quiz Blast' and challenge friends to beat your time on the move, away from your PlayStation®4 system. Note that message and data rates may apply.

Language Support

The app supports multiple languages including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Greek, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Arabic.

PlayLink Experience

PlayLink titles offer a social gaming experience that everyone can enjoy. Simply install the game on your PlayStation®4, use your smartphone or tablet as a controller, gather around your TV, and enjoy a unique gaming experience without needing multiple DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controllers.
