The official KFC South Africa app is your gateway to a world of exclusive offers and the convenience of ordering your favorite KFC meals online. With the KFC Hook-App, you can easily order for collection in-restaurant, Curbside, or via the Drive-Thru, with limited delivery options currently available.

• At present, delivery through the app is offered at 450 restaurants, but stay tuned as we plan to expand our delivery network in early 2022. Meanwhile, you can collect your order at any of our 850 restaurants nationwide.

• Use the app to place your order for swift collection or pickup at your nearest KFC. Depending on the location, you can choose to collect your meal from the front counter inside the restaurant, through the Drive-Thru, or via Curbside pickup where available.

• For a safe and efficient experience, consider using the app's contactless payment option, protecting both you and our team.

• When you're ready to pick up your order, simply complete the "check-in" request on your phone to ensure your food is prepared hot and fresh.

• Upon arrival, present your order number at the designated pick-up counter or Drive-Thru window to collect your delicious meal.

• To start enjoying these benefits, simply register an account on the app. You'll be able to browse the KFC menu for delivery or collection and take advantage of online-exclusive deals available only through the KFC Hook-App South Africa.

• Experience the convenience of Curbside collection by ordering online and parking in a dedicated bay at participating KFC restaurants. Your order will be brought directly to your car, a service available at over 50 locations.
