Halma, also known as Ugolki or куточки (corner), is a classic strategy board game.

Halma is a board game invented in 1883 or 1884 by George Howard Monks, an American thoracic surgeon at Harvard Medical School. The game was inspired by an English game called Hoppity.
The playing equipment includes a checkered board. Pieces are typically black and white for two-player games, while four-player games use pieces of various colors or other distinctions, starting in opposing corners. The objective is to move all of one's pieces from one's own starting camp into the opposing corner's camp. On a turn, a player can either move a single piece to an adjacent empty square or make a sequence of jumps over one or more pieces.
