A new village is planned for Ishinomaki, but its development faces challenges: monster threats and difficulty attracting settlers. Seeking external assistance, a young, inexperienced magician from a distant capital answers the call, driven by a childhood promise. His journey to Ishinomaki leads to encounters with a young woman and many others, forging bonds that will shape their destinies.
