The emmy app is your gateway to scooter bliss. Use it to locate a nearby electric moped, reserve it, and unlock it with ease. It's that simple, that's emmy.

We take care of the rest – keeping our e-scooters charged and ready for your next ride. Each scooter comes equipped with two helmets in different sizes and a mobile phone holder, ensuring you're ready to explore the city.

Setting up your emmy account is a breeze:

1. Download the emmy app and register for a one-time fee of 4.95€, which includes 15 free minutes.

2. Sign up and verify your EU driver's license: Once your account is approved, you're ready to ride our electric mopeds.

3. Ride: Use the app to find and reserve a nearby electric moped for free.

4. End your rental: Park your emmy roller in a public parking lot within our designated business area to conclude your rental.

How do you start an emmy electric moped?

1. Open the helmet box: Press the red button and take out a helmet.

2. Get it off the kickstand: Stand with the moped between your legs and push the handlebars forward.

3. Turn the red switch to “ON”: Ensure the red switch on the right handlebar is on and the side stand is fully folded. If you're riding a Yadea, press the “P-button”.

4. Start the engine: Simultaneously pull the brake and press the “Down” switch on the left handlebar to start the moped.

Our fleet of electric mopeds:

In Berlin, Hamburg, and Dresden, you can ride the lightweight and city-friendly NIU scooter. Meanwhile, the Yadea moped can be found in Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich.

When parking, use designated spots for mopeds and bikes on the street. Avoid parking in bike lanes, bus lanes, or pedestrian walkways.

How much does it cost to rent an emmy moped?

The initial registration fee is 4.95€, which comes with 15 free minutes for your first trip (valid for 3 months). Booking and reserving a moped is free for 15 minutes, while unlocking costs 1 EUR. Riding rates are 0.33 EUR per minute, and you can pause your ride at a reduced rate.
