Uttar Pradesh has taken a significant step forward in enhancing its public health service management with the introduction of eKavach, a Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) application. Launched by the National Health Mission (NHM), Uttar Pradesh, eKavach is specifically designed for frontline health workers including ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs). Built on Argusoft's Open Source and DPG Certified platform, MEDPlat, this app streamlines the workflow and referral processes for a variety of health services, encompassing Family Folder, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMCH+), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Nutrition, and other essential health services.
