PLAY "DOTS" WITH YOUR FRIENDS
Challenge friends, climb the leaderboards, and discover your next gaming obsession. Two players can compete on the same device or over a network.
This game is a variation of the ancient Chinese game "Go". It's a logical board game for two players. You can play against artificial intelligence or human opponents from around the globe. Each player is assigned a color and places their dots on the line intersections. Players alternate turns placing their colored dots on the board.
Your objective is to encircle your opponent's dots with your own, connecting your dots to form a complete fence around them. Dots that are fully surrounded become "captured" and are removed from your opponent's control.
You can also capture territories even if the surrounding area contains no dots on the intersections. The winner is the player who captures more dots or whose opponent surrenders.
Dots can be placed using predefined colors.
Divide and rule, or divide and conquer, is the strategy of gaining and maintaining power by breaking larger concentrations of power into smaller, weaker pieces.
Historically, empires used this tactic in various ways to expand their territories.
