CitNOW Bodyshop

CitNOW Bodyshop is an essential tool in the automotive industry, designed to streamline the process of documenting collision damage and any pre-existing damage on vehicles. This app, part of the CitNOW suite of video applications, allows users to create detailed video and still image records that can be categorized as smart repair or retail work. The efficiency of CitNOW Bodyshop lies in its ability to send these videos directly from the app to insurers and vehicle owners for quick approval. During the recording, an assessor can easily tap the screen to capture still images of particular areas of interest without disrupting the video flow. Upon completion, the app offers the option to take high-resolution photographs, which are automatically linked to the video, enhancing the documentation process.

The app's user-friendly interface allows for the easy input of recipient details. Once entered, recipients receive an email or text message with a concise web link directing them to a mobile-optimized webpage. Here, they can review the damage and approve the necessary repairs swiftly, significantly reducing turnaround times and saving both time and money. CitNOW Bodyshop not only accelerates the approval process but also boosts user profitability through enhanced retail up-sell opportunities and provides a clear, indisputable record of the vehicle's condition. This app is trusted and approved by leading insurers such as Admiral and Aviva, ensuring its reliability and effectiveness in the industry.
