Story: In the near future, the tourism industry in Japan is fiercely competitive, with popular destinations operating as "independent special tourism zones." Once a leading special tourist zone, HAMA Ward 18 has fallen into decline. The protagonist, deeply connected to HAMA where they were born and raised, joins the travel agency "HAMA Tours" as a "chief" to revive the tourism industry alongside their childhood friend, Daikoku Kawai. Together, they plan package tours with the unique mayors of each ward, aiming to restore HAMA's former glory.

The narrative is enriched with mysterious events and a passion for hospitality, with travel partners who carry their own untold stories. These experiences are captured on cassette tapes, serving as mementos of an unforgettable journey.
