How to Play 101 Çanak Okey

101 Çanak Okey is traditionally played with four players. The game pieces come in four colors: Red, Black, Yellow, and Blue, numbered from 1 to 13. There are also two fake Okeys and a total of 106 stones.

At the start, all stones are mixed and automatically distributed to the players. The player next to the dealer receives 22 stones, while the others get 21. Players then arrange their stones into groups or pairs.

The remaining stones are placed in the middle of the table, and the stone with the open number becomes the indicator stone. The Okey stone, which matches the indicator stone's color and number, can substitute for any piece in the game. Finishing with an Okey stone doubles your points.

In the normal formation, players form at least three-piece sequences either by arranging stones of the same color in a series or by grouping the same number across different colors. To finish, players must arrange all pieces into pairs, and when they have seven pairs, they can end the game by dragging the last piece to the center of the table.

A normal finish (without using an Okey) results in a deduction of -101 points from the finished player's score.
