Application Description
This app streamlines the role of the game leader in Mafia, ideal for groups of 5 to 40 players. It's perfect if you enjoy playing Mafia with friends but lack a consistent, experienced moderator.
The app requires a device with a speaker and ideally a larger screen. It announces game phases and prompts player actions via audio cues. With larger groups, the first eliminated player can assist the app, eliminating human error. Background music and sound effects enhance the familiar gameplay. Beyond the standard Mafia roles (civilians and mafia members), the app includes:
- Doctor
- Sheriff
- Maniac
- Don
- Putana
- Immortal
- Dvuliky
Two card dealing modes are available:
Mode 1: The app distributes roles; players take turns viewing their assigned roles on the device.
Mode 2: Players use physical Mafia cards. The first eliminated player uses the app to input the roles of remaining players.
Two voting modes are also offered:
Mode 1: The app manages a structured voting process, with players taking turns being nominated and accumulating votes. The first voter is chosen randomly.
Mode 2: A traditional voting system where players vote sequentially for any player. The first vote is randomly selected.
Three game modes are supported:
- Open Mode: The roles of eliminated players are revealed.
- Closed Mode: Eliminated player roles remain hidden. The app simulates the actions of eliminated players at night with a randomized time delay.
- Semi-Closed Mode: Roles of players eliminated during the voting phase are revealed. Roles of players eliminated at night remain hidden, with the app simulating their nighttime actions.
